Maximilian's caters to all types of functions from boardroom style meetings to presentations, parties and weddings.

Function Menus
Function menus applicable to groups of 12 and above, each menu consists of three courses including tea or coffee We require your choice of menu at least 10 days prior to your event Special dietary requirements are happily catered to with prior notice.

Beverages
Maximilian's offer several beverage packages. Alternatively, drinks may be purchased on a consumption basis from our very extensive wine list, and settled at the end of the evening. Maximilian's is a Winery-Restaurant hence BYO is not available.
Please note we are unable to split bills or provide separate accounts.

Deposit
Confirmation of your booking is to be made within 10 days of your original reservation accompanied by a $30 per guest deposit. Any tentative bookings will automatically lapse after the ten-day period.
For your convenience, payment of your deposit by credit card is accepted over the phone.

Final Numbers
We require confirmation of exact numbers 48 hours prior to your event. This will also be the minimum number of meals for which you will be charged, regardless of a reduced number of guests at your actual event. Your deposit will be deducted from your account based on your confirmed numbers.
A cancellation fee may be incurred at the discretion of Management.

Price Adjustments
All prices quoted are current at the time of printing and are subject to alteration without notice. Prices are fixed once the deposit has been received.
