Weddings on the Veranda
Maximilian’s Veranda is one of South Australia’s iconic dining destinations. Wrapped in glass, it allows 270 degree views of the surrounding lakes, vineyards and countryside.
Truly unique, the Veranda is where Lleyton and Bec chose to celebrate their engagement. It offers a beautiful outlook combined with Maximilian’s highly awarded cuisine and estate grown wines.
Our events staff will ensure that every aspect of your special day is perfectly organised. With a seating capacity of 55 guests it ably caters to more intimate weddings and celebrations. For Stand up functions the Veranda can accommodate 90 guests.
Weddings in the Courtyard
For two centuries, Adelaidians have escaped the heat of the Plains, taking comfort in the Hills’ mild weather. Maximilian’s Courtyard provides a garden mood with a lush, established fern garden along the Western wall. It is protected by Tuscan style walls and an all weather roof under which a forty year old vine meanders.
The courtyard has it’s own Bar and views to the lush farmland beyond its walls. It provides space for 80 sit down guests and a band or 180 guests for a stand up function.
Exchanging Vows
There are numerous picturesque locations to exchange your wedding vows on the 35 acre property. Arrive by helicopter and take a walk through the vines to finish up by a private lake, or stand atop a hill looking out across the beautiful Onkaparinga Valley. |
