In Addition to the Estate’s own wines, we passionately cellar the best of Australian and International wines. Maximilian’s collection spanning 30 years encompasses scores of rare and classic vintages.
Wines are stored in our underground cellars until reaching maturity after which they are held in the finest Eurocave temperature and humidity controlled cabinets awaiting our guests’ enjoyment.
We offer vintage Champagne including:
Dom Perignon, Bollinger RD & Grand Annee, Louis Roederer, Moet & Billecart
Great Whites such as Leeuwin Estate, Penfold’s Yattarna & Reserve Bins, Grosset, Trimbach, Domaine William Fevre & La Strada
