In Addition to the Estate’s own wines, we passionately cellar the best of Australian and International wines. Maximilian’s collection spanning 30 years encompasses scores of rare and classic vintages.
Wines are stored in our underground cellars until reaching maturity after which they are held in the finest Eurocave temperature and humidity controlled cabinets awaiting our guests’ enjoyment.
We offer vintage Champagne including:
Louis Roederer, Egly-Ouriet, Lanson & Billecart
Great Whites such Domaine William Fevre, Zind-Humbrecht, Reichsgraf, Benoit Ente & Salomon Undhof
And rare vintages of reds encompassing:
